This isn't the first time I have tried Design Essentials, I used one of their moisturisers before and it had a great smell so when my hold grail " Curl-la-la" ran out I decided to try these products from Design Essentials. I Shampooed and Conditioned my hair and then applied the moisturiser and then edge control on my edges.
Review : Overall the Leave-in-Conditioner defined my curls. The Edge control offered some sort of control to my edges. Side Note: I personally do not like edge controls for my hair, they never give me the desired look that I want to achieve.
Pros : Offered Good Curl Definition
Delightful Smell
Cons : Sticky
The Edge Control did not give me the required results for second day hair, certain sections of my hair did not stay flat the way it normally does with my holy grail "curl la la"
Hair Type : I probably should mention I have 3b to 3c hair.
Overall Impression : I like to switch up my regular moisturiser ever so often so my hair does not become accustomed to one product. In terms of repurchase I'm not sure about the edge control since I personally don't like edge controls but I did like the definition of the Leave -in-Conditioner.
I am going to pass the products on to my cousin who has type 2 hair and will let you know feedback
